Arora tried to concentrate on her waterbending as she listened to the conversation. When the captain of the Southern tribe started to talk it sound muffled, but then his voice grew louder.
"So what is one of your ships doing in our seas, General Moku?" He practically sneered the word.
The voice sounded familiar but Arora couldn't think of you who it might be.
"I don't know what you're talking about. We haven't sent a ship down to your seas since the last time to help you out with that earth ship," Her father answered and he was right. The last time they had sent a ship down there was because they were having problems with the Earth Kingdom sending ships their way. "You must be mistaking some other ship and not ours," Her father continued.
"We have been fight with our sister tribe for a while now," Arora whispered to Sagitar. "Ever since we sent in our ships to help them a few months ago something happened to one of their crew members. For some reason they blame it on our tribe but we were no where close to even do anything to their ship let alone a crew member."

Sagitar was wondering what was happening. the captains were arguing about why the other was out at sea. It all sounded stupid. As Sagitar listened he got increasingly mad. He was thinking, "would they just get to the point." All of the sudden Moku said, "Now tell me the reason you are here."
The other captain was on a rampage then abruptlystopped. He was dumbfounded at Moku's affrontedness. He then said, "Because of your ships down by our sea's." Moku was surprised. "We have not sent ships down there since your attack from that earth ship captain." The other captain said, 'well then how did we get this." He held up a tattered Water Tribe Flag. This time Moku was dumbfounded. He just stared.
Sagitar looked at Arora. She was also dumbfounded. He nearly laughed at the look on her face. The Moku started talking again. "How did you get that." The other captain answered, "We got this off of one of your ships in our waters about a month ago. It seemed to have scars from a recent battle." Moku was really confused now. He looked at the flag then back at the captain. Then something seemed to click in his head. He said, "would this ship happen to have a single wave of water painted on the side?" The other captain said yes a little oddly, like he was questioning something. Moku then said, "We sent that ship before your earth ship attack. it was a ship of healers for your recent epidemic of food poisoning." The other captain just stared.

Arora remembered her father sending out the ship for the food poisoning, but what was it still doing out there? Where had the southern watertribe found it exactly. It might give a little insight on what might have happened.
Looking at Sagitar she whispered to him,"I can't believe it. They should have known. They're the ones who had called on us for help. I don't know if I'm liking this converstation very well."
She could still hear her father and the captain talking, but she zoned it out. Arora didn't know if the captain from the other ship was hiding something or not, but something was really bugging at her.

Sagitar was a little worried. He had seen different groups of people fight before. It wasnt anything new. He was still scared though. The southern water tribe captain seemed to be hiding something. Moku and him were still talking but sagitar was to busy trying to think to pay any notice. He decided on a course of action but before he could tell it to Arora... BAM.
Sagitar had to cocoon them in an air ball quickly for their water ball had cut open. The two sides were fighting. Sagitar raised them above the water because this was wrong and he had to do something. As soon as they were above water he removed the cocoon. Both sides stoped to stare at the strange sight of an air bender coming out of the ocean. SAgitar then stood up.
He didnt know what to do so he improvised. He started out by asking what all the sound was about. HE was acting like he was iritated because he was sleeping underwater and they had cut open his water cocoon (which in a way they did). Both captains still just stared. Then Moku seemed to recognize him and said, "they just started attacking us after i questioned them yet again why they had that flag." He seemed to catch on to what sagitar was trying to do. Stop the fight before it got worse. The other captain seemed to be appaled at Mokus answer. He said, "no they are the ones who attacked first by coming on our seas after we told them to stay away." Sagitar seemed dumbfounded by his retaliation but hid it. He ust didnt know what to do.

Arora was losing grip on the water cocoon from the pressure. When she finally lost grip of it she waited for the water to come down on them, but she didn't even feel a drop. Sagitar had used air to protect them and get them out of the water.
Arora was exhausted from holding it so long and the Southern Captain was just starting to annoy her even more. Standing up she looked at him glaring. "Will you stop blaming the other tribe for doing something that you aren't even positive about and just try to find a solution!?" She took a glance at her father and looked back at the souther captain before her father made eye contact with her.

Sagitar was just annoyed. He couldnt get this straight even in a year. So he inprovised. Sagitar asked the southern captain what in the world he was talking about and to start from the beggining when the conflict first started. Sagitar listened patiently while the captain spoke and when he was done he turned to moku and asked him the same question.
When they were both done Sagitar sighed. They both gave almost completely different stories. SAgitar looked from one to the other then said loudly, "Ok i have come to a decision. I usually dont like to get in other peoples business but as yall woke me up i maight as well settle this dispute. So you," he pointed at the southern captain, "claim that they came into your waters after yall expressly told them not to because they supposedly attacked one of yalls ships when they came to help fight off earth kingdom ships?" The southern captain nodded his head. Sagitar sighed.
Sagitar then pointed at Moku. "And you say that the only reason it looked like yall attacked the ship was because there was a earth kingdom ship right in front of it when you started attacking the earth kigdom. And that ship was already lost anyway?" Moku nodded. Sagitar sighed. "then there is only one way to resolve this," Sagitar announced loudly. "He looked at the southern captain and asked, "has the ship in questioned been fixed yet?" The Captain actually looked suprised but said, "No actually we brought it with us to prove to them in case they denied it again." Sagitar actually looked relieved. "Ok then can you please bring the ship to the middle."

Sagitar looked over the ship once it was brought to the middle. Then he went and picked up both captains on Eppo and brought them to the ship and put them on it. He then asked, "What do you notice wierd about this ship besides the fact that is demolished?" The captains just shook their heads. Sagitar sighed again.
He pointed to a spot on the hull. The clearly indented in the wood was a spike of earth. Sagitar said loudly, "There is proof that this ship was attacked by earth benders before the water marks where put on it. There is the proof that the northern tribe was telling the truth. Now can yall settle this like civilized men and let me go on my way?" Both captains were still dumbfounded on how Sagitar could tell but nodded anyway.
Sagitar sat down on Eppo and said over the side to the captains, : now dont start a fight as soon as i leave because i have good hearing. I will be forced to use air bending if this escelates anyfarther so please settle it now. You really dont want to make me mad." Then suddenly Sagitar was in the air and on a straight course for the earth kingdom. He turned around and looked at the pale Arora. He was puzzled and asked her what was wrong.

Arora watched Sagitar as he handled the situation. He did handle it very nicely but there was something bugging her about the whole fight in the first place. She couldn't quite put her finger on it.
After they had left the Souther Captain and her father, she kind of stared off into space, trying figure out what was bugging her. She didn't hear Sagitar say something the first until he asked her again what was wrong.
"Huh? Oh..nothing." She hesitated for a moment and then went on. "I just feel like there is something bigger within that fight that we just didn't see. I mean, they didn't lie to us, but there is something had to push the fight that far. There is something about it that just bugs me."
She thought about it for another moment and made eye contact with Sagitar. "I don't know," she said. "Maybe I'm just losing my mind."

Sagitar looked at Arora and said "no you not goin crazy i can tell to." Sagitar looked back at the ships leaving and sighed. He thought well might as well let them go we have a world to travel. So he grabbed the reins and turned eppo towards the Earth Kingdom.
Sagitar thought for a few hours of flight then he figured out were to go. So he angled towards The capital. He figured that it would be interesting for Arora to see the Earth Kingdom capital. After a few more hours of flight they hit the Edge of the earth kingdom.
Sagitar said "We have to stop for supplies at a small fishin town ok" he really didnt care if it bothered her or not he needed the supplies. But he asked anyway. After a while they landed at the town and got off of Eppo.

Arora nodded at Sagitar. Of course they would need to stop for supplies sometime, might as well do it now. She just couldn't keep her mind off of the fight between her father and the captain. Why did it bug her so much? Maybe it was because her father was involved, but that always bugged her. This was something different.
Sagitar landed at some town. As he got off Eppo, she followed. They walked into the town grabbing supplies and anything else that they randomly needed.
